The paper, titled “The impact of adaptability and need satisfaction on knowledge sharing behaviour of individuals: Empirical evidence from an emerging economy”, authored by Shri Jayesh Pandey, Prof Manish Kumar and Prof Shailendra Singh, has received the "Best Paper Award" at the Annual International Research Conference (AIRC) 2022 organized and held at Indian Institute of Management Lucknow, Noida campus.
