Since inception, IIM Ranchi has been sensitive towards various gender-related issues and has been committed to the cause of preventing sexual harassment at workplace. Towards this end, the Institute has constituted an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) as an administrative measure as per guidelines of Ministry of Education, Government of India, to prevent and deal with sexual harassment at workplace. Besides resolving issues related to the menace of sexual crimes against women (students, faculty and staff alike), ICC at IIM Ranchi also strives to organise sustained awareness campaigns on gender equality and nuances of sexual harassment at workplace.
